Your role includes onboarding new accounts, creating training plans, and standardizing workflows across client accounts to ensure optimal efficiency.

The Healthcare Billing Account Manager is responsible for mentoring and supporting your team, tracking performance metrics such as charges, payments, total AR, days in AR, denials, and rejections.
