What We’re Looking For:

Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

Minimum of one year of leadership experience (in healthcare, business, military, or equivalent renal experience)

Registered Nurse license required if applicable by state

Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire or role change)

Strong collaboration skills to partner with clinical and financial teams for optimal outcomes

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
