FS, Inc. is a trusted construction and site development company seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who can safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy machinery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment such as Dozers, Loaders, Excavators, Skid Loaders, and Haul Trucks.

  • Perform daily inspections, clean, and maintain machinery for optimal performance.

  • Provide preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs.

  • Assist with preparing tools, materials, and site utilities.

  • Ensure all operations are in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

  • Accurately document maintenance and report major repair needs.

  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment outdoors year-round.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience operating heavy equipment.

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Valid Driver’s License (Class A CDL preferred but not required).

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

  • Completion of OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Course (or willingness to complete it during the first week — training provided).

Skills & Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of safe equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

  • Ability to work reliably with attention to detail and safety.

  • Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments throughout all seasons.

  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

  • Competitive wages: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
