About the Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will serve as the first line of defense for technical support inquiries. You’ll assist end users with troubleshooting common issues like password resets, VPN errors, and hardware malfunctions while escalating complex problems when necessary. Your work ensures smooth computer operations and supports the broader IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users and customers needing technical assistance.

  • Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows systems, MS Office, Internet Explorer, and Outlook.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with Dell and HP laptops and desktop computers.

  • Learn and apply Active Directory skills for managing user, group, and computer accounts.

  • Support PC hardware and peripheral devices, including printers.

  • Escalate unresolved issues according to company procedures.

  • Document and track service requests accurately using ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

  • Offer guidance to users with Android and iPhone troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office Suite.

  • Hands-on experience with Dell and HP hardware.

  • Familiarity with Active Directory and basic troubleshooting.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Android, or iPhone support is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with a high school diploma, or equivalent education (AA or BS).

  • Experience in remote troubleshooting and customer service.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Smart Card systems.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-Time Salary Range: $42,436 – $67,898.
