About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at Cygnet. In this full-time role, you’ll help ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth running of our services by managing key administrative processes within our facilities management function.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a vital area of our healthcare operations and make a real difference in the lives of the people we care for.
Key Responsibilities

Log maintenance works on the facilities management system daily

Ensure correct quotes and approvals are in place before processing work requests

Be a key contact for onsite maintenance staff and site managers

Assist with documentation and coordination for Out of Hours (OOH) works

Maintain all facilities paperwork in accordance with company procedures and policies
About You
You will have:

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Good command of Microsoft Office tools

The ability to work confidentially, flexibly, and under pressure

Effective problem-solving and analysis skills
Previous experience in helpdesk support or facilities administration is advantageous.
