Job Description
OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be the principal point of contact for customer inquiries, incoming calls, and new work requests on our CAFM Concept System. You’ll play a key role in managing work allocations for engineers and subcontractors while ensuring smooth operations of the facilities management system. Key Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Coordinator
What You Will Do:

Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and manage work requests through the CAFM Concept System.

Allocate tasks and manage scheduling for engineers and subcontractors.

Update and close out Reactive, PPM, and Quoted jobs within the CAFM Concept System.

Raise purchase orders for subcontractors and ensure timely updates on job statuses.

Coordinate with Project Managers on project works, quotations, and health & safety files.

Manage the database for engineering overtime and statutory compliance certifications.
Required Skills and Experience for Helpdesk Coordinator
What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in a helpdesk or facilities management role, ideally with CAFM Concept System.

Strong customer service skills, with excellent communication and telephone etiquette.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Understanding of property-related issues and facilities management.
