Helpdesk Coordinator – DSTL Key Responsibilities
Your Duties:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests, meeting contractual SLAs

Raise and manage service requests in the CAFM system

Coordinate workflows for on-site maintenance operatives

Accurately process purchase orders and manage complaints
-
Maintain health, safety, and security compliance
Essential Skills:

Previous experience in customer service or helpdesk coordination

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Due to security requirements, applicants must be UK Nationals able to pass SC Clearance.
