Occupational Therapist – Home Health
Responsibilities:
Aligned with Marian’s mission of compassionate care, the Occupational Therapist provides services to patients in their homes based on physician orders. Responsibilities include:

Performing in-home safety evaluations and functional assessments for patients with physical disabilities

Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

Utilizing a variety of OT methods and modalities
-
Educating patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

Promoting independence and safety in the home setting
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
-
Current Occupational Therapy License
-
One year of OT experience
-
CPR/BLS certification
-
Valid California Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
-
Ability to work independently and instruct patients and caregivers effectively
-
Strong understanding of OT assessments, tools, and techniques
Preferred:
-
Two years of experience in OT
-
Background in hand therapy or home health
-
Bilingual in Spanish
Pay Range: $42.69 – $61.91/hour
