Occupational Therapist – Home Health

Responsibilities:

Aligned with Marian’s mission of compassionate care, the Occupational Therapist provides services to patients in their homes based on physician orders. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing in-home safety evaluations and functional assessments for patients with physical disabilities

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

  • Utilizing a variety of OT methods and modalities

  • Educating patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Promoting independence and safety in the home setting

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Current Occupational Therapy License

  • One year of OT experience

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Valid California Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance

  • Ability to work independently and instruct patients and caregivers effectively

  • Strong understanding of OT assessments, tools, and techniques

Preferred:

  • Two years of experience in OT

  • Background in hand therapy or home health

  • Bilingual in Spanish

Pay Range: $42.69 – $61.91/hour
