Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences.

  • Personalize instruction and differentiate based on student mastery.

  • Maintain accurate grade books, monitor progress, and support academic integrity.

  • Communicate regularly with students and learning coaches/parents.

  • Support families with curriculum, instruction, and virtual classroom troubleshooting.

  • Prepare students for state assessments and standardized tests.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to analyze data and drive instruction.

  • Travel as needed (approx. 20%) for professional development, student testing, and school events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Active Arkansas state teaching license in High School Health.

  • Ability to clear background check.

Preferred:

  • Experience teaching in online or brick-and-mortar settings.

  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technology.

  • Ability to analyze student data to inform instruction.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
