Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences.

Personalize instruction and differentiate based on student mastery.

Maintain accurate grade books, monitor progress, and support academic integrity.

Communicate regularly with students and learning coaches/parents.

Support families with curriculum, instruction, and virtual classroom troubleshooting.

Prepare students for state assessments and standardized tests.

Collaborate with colleagues to analyze data and drive instruction.

Travel as needed (approx. 20%) for professional development, student testing, and school events.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Active Arkansas state teaching license in High School Health.

Ability to clear background check.
Preferred:

Experience teaching in online or brick-and-mortar settings.

Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technology.

Ability to analyze student data to inform instruction.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
