Home Health Specialist – Role Overview
As a Home Health Specialist, you’ll play a key role in expanding access to compassionate, high-quality home health care. Working within an assigned territory, you will engage with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to promote our services and build meaningful partnerships that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospital staff, SNF administrators, case managers, and discharge planners.

  • Promote CenterWell Home Health services and educate providers on how we support patients in the home setting.

  • Create and execute territory business plans that align with broader market strategies.

  • Prioritize accounts, maintain target lists, and organize account information.

  • Contribute insights on customer opportunities, potential service line expansions, and pricing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Make an Impact with Your Expertise

  • Previous healthcare sales experience is preferred—particularly in settings such as skilled nursing facilities (SNF), DME, orthopedics, cardiology, infusion, imaging, or laboratory services.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a healthcare-related field (such as nursing or pharmacy) is preferred.

  • Strong sales acumen with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to confidently represent CenterWell’s service capabilities to a clinical and professional audience.

  • Must be willing and able to travel within the assigned territory and attend sales meetings as needed.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time | 40 hours per week

Compensation

  • Estimated base salary range: $64,100 – $86,600 annually

  • Compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.

  • This position is eligible for a commission incentive plan, based on individual and/or company performance.
