Key Responsibilities of a Homecare Hub Manager – Elderly Care
- Operational Management: Oversee daily activities across two branches, ensuring seamless intake of new referrals and efficient service delivery.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of care in line with regulations, particularly in Domiciliary Care, Reablement, and Semi-Independent Living.
- Team Leadership: Supervise Field Care Supervisors and Intake Coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), and Commissioners to strengthen partnerships and enhance service offerings.
What We’re Looking For in a Homecare Hub Manager – Elderly Care
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a management role within Health and Social Care, preferably in Domiciliary Care.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor, lead, and motivate a team to achieve operational success.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and CQC standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with Local Authorities, CCGs, and Commissioners to support business growth.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to tackling challenges and improving service delivery.
- IT Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, and other bespoke care management systems.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care (preferred).
