About the Role
Are you passionate about animals and eager to step into a leadership role? Our Veterinary Hospital Administrator-in-Training program is your pathway to becoming a future hospital leader within our organization. This structured training program provides immersive, hands-on learning across multiple departments and locations under the guidance of experienced hospital and regional leaders.

What You’ll Gain

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn hospital operations including client service, scheduling, inventory management, and compliance

  • Assist in monitoring financial performance and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Support initiatives to build strong team culture and engagement

  • Participate in training workshops and ongoing professional development

  • Travel between multiple hospital locations across Houston for broad exposure

What We’re Looking For

  • A motivated, aspiring leader with a passion for veterinary care and client service

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Background in veterinary, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)

  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus (training available for the right candidate)

  • Willingness to travel within the Greater Houston area and relocate for final placement if necessary
