About the Role:

Are you passionate about animals and interested in stepping into a leadership role? Join our Veterinary Hospital Manager-in-Training program and launch your career with our network of veterinary hospitals across the greater Houston area. We’re seeking driven individuals to become the next generation of hospital leaders.

Training Program Highlights:

  • Comprehensive, hands-on training across multiple hospital locations

  • Mentorship from experienced hospital and regional leaders

  • Exposure to company-wide systems, best practices, and growth strategies

  • Development of leadership skills to successfully manage teams, oversee operations, and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn various hospital operations including client service, team scheduling, inventory management, and compliance

  • Assist in managing financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Contribute to building a positive hospital culture and fostering team engagement

  • Participate in training initiatives, workshops, and development opportunities

  • Travel across various hospital locations in Houston to gain diverse experience and insights

Who You Are:

  • A natural leader with a passion for veterinary care and client service

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn

  • Experienced in veterinary care, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or customer service

  • Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus, but we’ll provide training for the right candidate

  • Willing to travel across the greater Houston area (from Conroe to Santa Fe) and relocate for final placement if necessary
