About the Role
Brands Hatch, one of the UK’s premier motor racing venues operated by Motorsport Vision (MSV), is hiring a Hospitality and Events Coordinator to support our dynamic events programme. From the Fanatec GT World Challenge to British Superbikes and American Speedfest, you’ll help us deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You’ll work alongside the Hospitality and Events Manager to coordinate operations across our corporate hospitality areas, conference spaces, and prestigious Brabham Stewart suites overlooking the start/finish line.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison for 40+ annual suite holders.

Manage CRM entries, function sheets, briefing docs, and post-event feedback.

Coordinate event logistics, signage, room setups, and H&S documentation.

Ensure timely invoicing and contract adherence.

Maintain purchase order records and raise POs once approved.
Ideal Candidate Profile

A-Level education (or equivalent).
-
Front-of-house or event experience in hospitality.
-
Excellent communicator (written and verbal).
-
Highly organized with great attention to detail.

Team player with strong time management.
-
Flexible to work evenings/weekends as required.

Holds a full UK driving licence.
