We’re looking for a dedicated Hospitality Assistant to join our exceptional team in London. You’ll be working at a prestigious B&I client location, known for its high-end hospitality, lunch service, coffee shop, and grab & go offerings.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that’s fanatical about food, service, and hospitality excellence, with the bonus of a consistent Tuesday to Thursday schedule.
What You’ll Do

Support hospitality operations with energy and efficiency

Deliver high standards of customer service across food and beverage

Prepare and serve food & drinks, restock items, and maintain cleanliness

Follow Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and allergen control policies

Use your barista skills to make high-quality hot drinks

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food service

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Barista experience is essential

A team player with strong attention to detail

Good verbal and written English skills
