The Blues Kitchen is on the hunt for a confident, charismatic Host to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be the first and last impression our guests have—welcoming them with warmth, managing bookings and walk-ins with ease, and keeping things flowing smoothly in a high-energy, live music environment.

Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming every guest with genuine energy and a personal touch

• Managing a mix of bookings, walk-ins, and waitlists using our reservation systems

• Seating guests efficiently and thoughtfully during busy service periods

• Supporting the floor team by keeping the front door calm and coordinated

• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain a smooth guest flow

• Helping set the tone for a positive, buzzing, and safe guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (host, front desk, FOH)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A natural people-person who’s confident under pressure

• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and late nights

• A team player with a great attitude and drive to grow

• Someone who enjoys hospitality culture – music, people, and great food

What You’ll Get in Return
