Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Hotel Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our hotel. This is a pivotal leadership role, requiring a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services

  • Recruit, train, manage, and support staff to uphold company service standards

  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high levels of service and attentiveness

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates, maximize revenue, and control costs

  • Manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets

  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards

  • Foster a positive, productive work culture and act as a role model for the team

  • Stay informed on hospitality trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and increase visibility

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hotel or broader hospitality industry

  • Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic financial reporting

  • Sound knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, training, and performance management

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous

Education & Qualifications

  • A-Level or equivalent qualification (preferred)

  • Hospitality or business management qualifications are a plus
