We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Hotel Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our hotel. This is a pivotal leadership role, requiring a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services

Recruit, train, manage, and support staff to uphold company service standards

Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high levels of service and attentiveness

Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates, maximize revenue, and control costs

Manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets

Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards

Foster a positive, productive work culture and act as a role model for the team

Stay informed on hospitality trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and increase visibility
Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hotel or broader hospitality industry

Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic financial reporting

Sound knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, training, and performance management

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
Education & Qualifications

A-Level or equivalent qualification (preferred)

Hospitality or business management qualifications are a plus
