We are seeking a passionate and energetic Game Master to join our team. As a Game Master, you will be the architect of fun, ensuring that every customer enjoys an unforgettable gaming experience. You will welcome and engage customers, manage game flow, provide pre-game information, conduct debrief sessions, and capture team photos—all while maintaining customer safety and upholding our brand’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers, providing clear pre-game instructions and setting the scene for their adventure.
- Monitor and manage game flow, ensuring customers experience a seamless and exciting escape room experience.
- Conduct debrief sessions, celebrate team achievements, and capture memorable team photos.
- Maintain high uniform standards and ensure consistent customer service quality.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Prioritize customer safety and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality, entertainment, or leisure environment.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage and captivate groups effectively.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively.
- Flexible availability to meet operational needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive energy, a passion for delivering memorable experiences, and strong attention to detail.
