Your responsibilities will include daily cleaning tasks, basic food preparation, and ensuring the catering service runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities for Housekeeping/Catering Assistant
As a Housekeeping/Catering Assistant, your duties will include:

Maintaining daily cleaning schedules

Providing catering to the inpatient unit

Completing tasks as directed by the line manager

Performing periodical and ad hoc cleaning tasks

Ensuring hygiene and safety regulations are followed

Managing catering stock for efficient service delivery
Work Schedule and Flexibility for Housekeeping/Catering Assistant
The role requires flexibility, as you will work shifts covering 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays. A large part of your time will be spent on housekeeping tasks (80%), with the remaining 20% dedicated to kitchen duties, including food preparation and distribution for up to 15 patients.
