Houseperson – Creating Memorable First Impressions
At Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, the guest experience begins before they even arrive. As a Houseperson, your role is vital in ensuring that our suites and villas are impeccably maintained and thoughtfully prepared, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment our guests step inside.
Hourly Rate: $25.00
What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the resort by performing daily housekeeping tasks and special projects, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and replenishing amenities.

Ensure guest corridors, staircases, elevators, laundry facilities, and public areas remain spotless and inviting.

Assist with the cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and shared spaces.

Respond promptly to Housekeeping and Royal Service calls, fulfilling guest requests and deliveries.

Keep Housekeeping closets stocked with fresh linens, robes, dishes, glassware, and other essential supplies.

Collect and remove used linens and trash from guest rooms and housekeeping areas.

Maintain schedule flexibility, including availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and overnight shifts as needed.
What You Bring

A warm and welcoming personality with a passion for hospitality.

Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.

Physical capability to handle job requirements, including frequent walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), pushing and pulling (up to 100 lbs.), and occasional bending, kneeling, and stair climbing.
