Role Overview
The HR Financial Operations Manager serves as a trusted business advisor to Senior and Executive HR Leaders. This role focuses on enabling key business priorities in transformation, operational efficiency, and financial management. You will manage the HR budget, oversee HR position management, and support the HR Operating Model roadmap, providing financial planning consultancy to HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning

Advise Senior/Executive HR Leaders on compliance, operational efficiency, and HR transformation initiatives.

Support the development of HR operating model roadmaps and strategic priorities.

Provide project management support to meet HR strategic goals.
Collaboration

Partner with Finance to prepare HR financial scorecards, forecasts, and reporting.

Align HR organization in S4H with organizational changes and budget allocations.

Manage positions, vendor costs, and accounting processes to ensure financial accuracy.
Operations Management

Track and drive roadmap plans for investments, savings, and budget transfers.

Maintain position management, advising HR leaders on open and filled positions relative to fiscal targets.

Ensure approval of spending requests aligns with financial targets.
Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or HR Operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and handling large datasets.

Experience with HR systems such as Workday and familiarity with AI technology.

Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced global team across multiple time zones.
Preferred Skills

Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD).

Experience in large, global, matrixed organizations.

Demonstrated capability to optimize operations using technology and process improvement.

Base salary: $120,360 – $228,840 (adjusted by location)
