Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage HR operations across union and non-union workforce segments

Partner closely with plant leadership to implement workforce strategies and performance initiatives

Oversee labor relations, including contract negotiations and compliance with collective bargaining agreements

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing environment
