Fanmar Auto Part (Ningbo) Co., LTD is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and administer all areas of Human Resources programs. This role covers compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner, ensuring HR programs support business goals, comply with regulations, and enhance the employee experience.
This position is ideal for a professional with 8–10 years of HR experience, who can operate independently, communicate effectively at all levels, and drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and communicate HR programs including compensation, benefits, and performance management.

Lead staffing, recruitment, and workforce planning initiatives.

Support organizational development and employee engagement programs.

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor laws.

Provide guidance and support to leadership on HR policies and business strategy alignment.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
