Role Summary
Radial is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager & Business Partner to provide on-site HR leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environment. This individual will partner closely with site leadership and business operations to implement core HR initiatives, enhance managerial effectiveness, and support workforce engagement across the distribution center. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on generalist experience and the ability to influence and guide through change.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for fulfillment center operations, supporting both associates and leadership teams.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Site Director and Operations Management, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Lead seasonal workforce planning and partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and efficient staffing.

  • Implement and manage HR processes, policies, and systems while fostering a strong understanding of organizational values and goals.

  • Facilitate training and ongoing education around company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to build organizational capability.

  • Develop and execute innovative HR solutions that drive employee engagement, transformation, and business growth.

  • Build trust with associates and managers through transparent communication, hands-on support, and consistent HR guidance.

  • Serve as a resource for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and the resolution of workplace concerns.

  • Promote the use of HR systems (such as HR Central) for reporting, documentation, and streamlined employee interactions.

  • Navigate a matrixed environment, collaborating effectively with HR peers and cross-functional business leaders.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a distribution or fulfillment environment.

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a strong track record of supporting frontline and managerial teams.

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.

  • Strong consultative skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to work through complex challenges, manage change, and deliver impactful business results.

  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Adaptability and resilience during high-volume, peak seasonal operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
