Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support multiple facets of HR operations, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and strategic workforce management. This role involves collaborating with leadership to drive HR initiatives, enhance employee relations, and optimize performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations (EEO, FMLA, FLSA).
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
- Lead and manage Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) and outreach strategies.
- Develop and revise HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for retention strategies.
- Advise management on employee relations, career development, onboarding, and compensation.
- Oversee performance management programs and provide coaching.
- Manage disciplinary processes, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance.
- Plan and direct employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Occasional business travel required; valid driver’s license and passport.
