Position Purpose
Support and manage HR technology strategy, build strong relationships with internal partners, and oversee connected initiatives that align with Centene’s corporate strategy. This role ensures smooth implementation, timely execution, and effective communication across Human Resources and IT functions.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR leaders and internal teams.

Keep HR leadership informed of strategy initiatives and technical/business challenges.

Guide solution identification and coordinate timely resolution of technology concerns.

Manage design, development, and rollout of product enhancements and related HR technology projects.

Identify and promote new communication and collaboration tools; assist with training.

Support project management of technology initiatives, working with IT teams to align strategies and tactics.

Translate ideas into actionable items to enhance system performance.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, or equivalent experience.

5+ years in product/client management, customer service, or related fields.

Experience leading functional areas or cross-functional teams on large-scale projects preferred.

HR and IT knowledge/experience preferred.

Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills required.
