About the Role

Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support our mission of restoring hope through compassionate mental health and addiction treatment. This role supports HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management, working directly with clinicians and healthcare staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Director with recruiting, onboarding, and administrative tasks

  • Post job openings, source candidates, and manage interviews

  • Use HRIS software to process hires, terminations, and employee changes

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

  • Conduct HR orientations and assist with new hire paperwork

  • Promote a positive, compliant workplace culture
