Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of the role is to support the organization in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employment regulations
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
