Role Overview – HTML Developer
The HTML Developer will design, code, and implement responsive, high-quality digital solutions for Norstella’s FormTrak projects in Veeva. Working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure seamless performance across browsers, devices, and platforms. This role demands creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of modern web development practices.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Developers to meet functional and design requirements.

Write clean, efficient HTML and CSS code for web and email projects with a focus on responsive design.

Convert design assets (Photoshop, InDesign, Figma) into pixel-perfect HTML.

Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG, ARIA) for inclusive web experiences.

Debug and resolve cross-platform compatibility issues.

Stay updated on new front-end technologies and share innovative ideas with the team.

Deliver high-quality results within project timelines.

Provide ongoing technical support for client projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as an HTML Developer.

Expertise in HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

Familiarity with SQL and JSON preferred.

Experience with email development tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch.

Strong understanding of version control (Git).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Availability between 9 AM EST – 5 PM EST (6:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST).
