AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As a Hub Delivery Driver, you’ll play a vital role in delivering parts to commercial customers, supporting store operations, and assisting DIY customers in-store. This position combines driving, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

No CDL required — you’ll operate company-provided vehicles to transport parts safely, efficiently, and professionally. If you’re looking for a career with growth opportunities in an essential industry, this role is for you.


Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Communication – Deliver outstanding service with every interaction, building strong relationships with commercial customers.

  • Teamwork & Leadership – Collaborate with store managers and teammates to support smooth operations and a positive work environment.

  • Safe & Timely Deliveries – Drive company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial clients and AutoZone stores, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Fleet & Safety Compliance – Follow all safety procedures, PPE guidelines, and fleet maintenance requirements.

  • Documentation & Restocking – Complete delivery paperwork, process returns, and restock merchandise efficiently.

  • Vehicle Maintenance – Conduct daily vehicle inspections, report issues promptly, and maintain cleanliness.

  • In-Store Assistance – Support DIY customers by locating products, sharing automotive knowledge, and providing installation services when needed.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum age: 21 years old

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record

  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts

  • Ability to lift and load merchandise (up to physical requirements)

  • Flexible availability (mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime)

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)

  • Previous automotive retail experience

  • Hazmat endorsement (preferred, not required)
