About the Job
The Human Resource Manager at New Beginnings Counseling Center (NBCC) will oversee all HR functions, including hiring, benefits administration, leave management, and policy enforcement. This role involves partnering with leadership on HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, training, compliance, and compensation/benefits analysis. Key duties include managing the talent acquisition process, conducting investigations, maintaining HR records, and ensuring legal compliance.
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with five years of HR management experience. HR certification is highly desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Paychex is preferred, along with the ability to learn NBCC’s HRIS.
The position is full-time (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm) with occasional additional hours. The starting salary is $68,640 to $75,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 403b with matching, and paid time off.
