Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to vice presidents and directors across various departments.

Identify organizational needs related to engagement, leadership development, and training—and implement tailored solutions.

Leverage data and analytics to guide talent strategies, enhance culture, and improve performance.

Lead, coach, and develop HRBPs—promoting autonomy, strategic thinking, and accountability.

Collaborate across HR disciplines to align initiatives in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Regularly round with department leaders and relay insights and feedback to the broader HR leadership team.

Be a champion of change and continuous improvement—bringing a forward-thinking mindset to long-standing processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with proven strengths in employee relations and talent strategy.

Leadership: At least 2 years of experience managing HR professionals.

Skills: Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically while executing locally.

Industry: Prior experience in large, matrixed organizations—preferably healthcare, but higher education or other service-oriented industries will be considered.

Mindset: A proactive, data-informed leader who embraces change and thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
