Position: Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our organization’s HR operations and strategy. This is a high-impact role that supports all facets of the employee lifecycle and plays a vital part in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Strategy

Lead all core human resources functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, training and development, employee relations, and compliance.

Act as a strategic advisor to organizational leadership, providing insights and recommendations on people strategy, workforce planning, and HR policy development.

Maintain and regularly update the employee handbook and organizational policies to reflect current laws, best practices, and internal culture.
2. Talent Management & Employee Support

Partner with managers and team leads to support performance management processes, including coaching, feedback, goal-setting, and professional development planning.

Provide guidance and support to staff regarding HR policies, procedures, conflict resolution, and workplace matters.

Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a supportive and motivating work environment.
3. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Manage HR audits, employee data reporting, and recordkeeping in alignment with legal standards.

Administer and monitor HRIS systems for accuracy and efficiency.
4. DEI & Culture Initiatives

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization, ensuring policies and practices reflect and support these values.

Design and implement initiatives that promote a respectful, empathetic, and accountable workplace culture.
5. Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor an HR Coordinator, supporting their growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services.

Collaborate with internal departments on compensation analysis, process improvement, and employee experience enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise across core HR functions.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, HRIS platforms, and HR compliance.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Clear communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
Preferred:

PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) certification.

Experience leading organizational change initiatives, employee training programs, or cultural development projects.
