Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to design and implement HR policies and strategies that support business growth and organizational goals.

Offer expert guidance and conflict resolution for complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.

Lead thorough and impartial investigations, providing recommendations for employee actions that balance performance and risk management.

Support ongoing performance management efforts, including employee coaching, career pathing, and disciplinary procedures.

Promote employee engagement and retention by enhancing workplace relationships and strengthening leadership capabilities.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HR business partner role.

Comprehensive understanding of HR disciplines, including employee relations, employment law, and change management.

Ability to analyze employee data to inform HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Proven skill in building collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and executing effective HR solutions.
