Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to design and implement HR policies and strategies that support business growth and organizational goals.

  • Offer expert guidance and conflict resolution for complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.

  • Lead thorough and impartial investigations, providing recommendations for employee actions that balance performance and risk management.

  • Support ongoing performance management efforts, including employee coaching, career pathing, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Promote employee engagement and retention by enhancing workplace relationships and strengthening leadership capabilities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HR business partner role.

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR disciplines, including employee relations, employment law, and change management.

  • Ability to analyze employee data to inform HR strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Proven skill in building collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and executing effective HR solutions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and advise leaders effectively.

  • Background in organizational development, talent planning, and succession management.

  • Solid business acumen, including an understanding of financial performance and industry trends.

  • Experience leveraging data and HR analytics to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and identifying team and individual development opportunities.
