Role Overview
As the Human Resources Communications Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering clear, engaging, and strategically aligned HR communications across the organization. Working closely with HR leadership, you will help drive employee engagement and organizational transparency by developing and executing content related to benefits, policies, recruitment, and professional development. Your responsibilities will span multiple formats—including digital, print, and video—ensuring all content reflects Safety National’s brand, values inclusivity and accessibility, and effectively reaches diverse employee audiences.
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field is required.
Required Experience & Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or a related discipline

Excellent project management and interpersonal communication abilities

Experience collaborating with graphic designers and multimedia teams

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship needs

Hybrid work model: at least 3 days per week onsite at our St. Louis Corporate Office (1832 Schuetz Rd., St. Louis, MO), with remote work following company policies
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with HR-related content and messaging

Strong writing and editing skills for diverse formats and audiences
