Key Responsibilities
HR Compliance & Policy Management

Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures

Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws
Employee Relations & Engagement

Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture

Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts effectively
Payroll & Benefits Administration

Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely, accurate payments

Manage benefits enrollment, administration, and employee communications
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning

Partner with department heads to meet current and future staffing needs
Training & Performance Management

Design and facilitate training programs and performance reviews

Support employee development and career advancement initiatives
HR Systems & Reporting

Maintain and optimize HRIS and payroll platforms

Generate and analyze HR reports to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Experience: 5+ years in HR management, with expertise in employee relations, compliance, and benefits

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Core Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills

Industry Insight: Experience in the cosmetics or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage

Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
