Job Description: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join a client within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR systems and processes, particularly with platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can manage the full spectrum of HR functions while ensuring compliance, promoting strong employee relations, and driving HR best practices throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of core functions including benefits administration, hiring processes, and employee relations.

  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian platforms to manage payroll, benefits, and employee data across the organization.

  • Leverage HR technologies, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), to streamline and optimize recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including documentation, reporting, and policy implementation.

  • Provide guidance to leadership and employees on HR policies, employee development, performance management, and workplace conflict resolution.

  • Manage internal HR communications, ensuring consistent and clear messaging across all departments.

  • Support organizational change and culture initiatives, including DEI efforts and employee engagement programs.

  • Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure accurate enrollment, deductions, and record-keeping.

  • Serve as a key liaison between management and staff, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with ADP – Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian platforms.

  • Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and their role in talent acquisition.

  • In-depth knowledge of human capital management (HCM) systems, HR compliance requirements, and best practices.

  • Expertise in managing benefits programs, recruitment processes, and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of an organization.

  • Proven ability to lead HR initiatives in fast-paced or evolving environments.
