Key Responsibilities of Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager will ensure compliance, consistency, and employee satisfaction across all locations.
- Administer employee benefits, healthcare plans, and retirement programs.
- Manage leave processes, track call-outs, and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle unemployment claims and provide accurate, timely responses.
- Conduct HR audits to maintain compliance and update personnel files.
- Oversee onboarding for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain data integrity in HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity.
- Organize HR meetings, track leadership action items, and ensure follow-up.
- Manage confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications for Human Resources Manager
To thrive as a Human Resources Manager, you must bring deep HR expertise and strong communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist or HR manager.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state HR laws and compliance regulations.
- Expertise in benefits administration, employee relations, and leave management.
- Experience using Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms.
