Role Overview

IGS Energy is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern/Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team while gaining hands-on experience in projects, wellness initiatives, and compliance processes. This role is designed for students actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and looking to grow their career in HR.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain and audit HR information systems and records.

  • Assist with HR projects, documentation, and reporting.

  • Support wellness initiatives and employee engagement activities.

  • Provide administrative support on special assignments.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and exercise sound judgment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proactive problem-solving with the ability to identify and implement solutions.

Education & Experience

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (required).

  • Prior internship or HR-related experience (preferred).

Work Authorization

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
