About the Job

Puig is seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Manager for their North America team. This role will partner with corporate leadership to develop and execute people strategies, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Puig’s values. Key responsibilities include learning and development, employee relations, talent management, and HR analytics/reporting.

The HR Manager will act as a strategic business partner, advising on talent management, employee relations, and performance. They will collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps, implement development programs, coach managers, and oversee performance management cycles. In employee relations, they will address issues, conduct investigations, and promote a positive work environment. The role also involves utilizing HR data for insights, reporting on key metrics, ensuring data integrity for payroll and HRIS, and managing leave of absence processes.

A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in employee relations. Experience leading HR initiatives and change management projects, strong analytical skills, and experience in the beauty/wellness/hospitality industry are a plus. Domestic travel will be required.

The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000.
