We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions that foster a collaborative, high-performing, and compliant workplace culture. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits support, and organizational development.

This position will act as a key advisor to both leadership and staff, ensuring HR practices align with broader business goals and values. Note: Payroll responsibilities fall outside the scope of this role and are handled by a separate department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, talent development, and initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations issues, offering guidance on conflict resolution and policy interpretation.

  • Create, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws.

  • Partner with the accounting team to support benefits administration, including open enrollment, vendor communication, and employee inquiries.

  • Oversee performance management activities, including goal setting, employee reviews, and development planning.

  • Lead employee engagement efforts and communication strategies that promote satisfaction and retention.

  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making.

  • Coordinate internal training and development programs to promote continuous learning and leadership growth.

  • Stay current with evolving HR trends, practices, and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and innovation.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role with a broad understanding of HR disciplines and best practices.

  • Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits coordination.

  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
