Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR professional who thrives in dynamic, creative environments and can balance structure with flexibility. In this role, you’ll lead the development of consistent HR policies, implement performance management tools, and foster a unified, inclusive culture across all company locations—ensuring our talented team feels connected and supported.


Key Responsibilities

  • HR Department Transformation: Rebuild the HR function from the ground up to support the company’s evolving needs and long-term vision.

  • Culture & Engagement: Design and implement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, promote inclusivity, and connect employees across all offices.

  • Policy & Compliance: Develop and roll out standardized, compliant, and employee-centric policies, handbooks, and procedures.

  • Performance Management: Create and launch a performance review framework that encourages regular feedback, professional growth, and career development.

  • Multi-Location Oversight: Serve as the HR lead across all U.S. offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience regardless of location.

  • Risk & Legal Compliance: Maintain full compliance with state and federal employment laws while promoting ethical and equitable practices.

  • Talent Development: Collaborate with leadership to build onboarding, training, and mentorship programs aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.

  • HR Technology: Evaluate and implement HR tech tools to enhance administrative efficiency and the overall employee experience.

  • Hiring Support: Partner with hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experience, and streamline onboarding.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree or HR certification a plus).

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or standalone HR role.

  • Proven track record in building or revamping HR infrastructure and leading change initiatives.

  • In-depth knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance standards.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to work empathetically and diplomatically across all levels of the organization.
