Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead key HR functions and support a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. This role is essential to overseeing the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment to onboarding, training, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to enhancing organizational culture, developing talent, and ensuring alignment with employment laws at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full-cycle staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.

  • Ensure job descriptions are current and aligned with all local, state, and federal employment regulations.

  • Design and implement training materials and performance management tools to ensure clarity in job expectations and development pathways.

  • Develop and maintain a competitive compensation strategy informed by market research and pay benchmarking.

  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair outcomes and a healthy work environment.

  • Monitor and maintain full organizational compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources

  • Proven success in recruitment and talent acquisition strategy improvement

  • Experience delivering impactful training to both managers and employees

  • Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making
