Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
  Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including crafting compelling job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process to ensure the acquisition of high-quality talent. Oversee a smooth and welcoming onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.

• Performance Management and Employee Development
  Drive performance management initiatives by implementing systems for goal-setting, feedback, and performance evaluations. Provide coaching to managers and employees, ensuring continuous development and alignment with company objectives.

• Payroll and Benefits Administration
  Manage payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

• HR Policy Development and Compliance
  Collaborate with the CFO to establish, update, and implement HR policies and training programs. Ensure that policies support organizational values and comply with all relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration

• Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful training programs for managers and employees

• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
