Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.

  • Administer and ensure compliance with corporate policies and programs related to compensation, training, benefits, and regulatory compliance to support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal information, compensation, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employment status changes.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, including EEO, AAP, and unemployment laws.

  • Act as a liaison between local operations and corporate or regional HR teams, ensuring consistent application of employment policies, employee relations practices, and compliance efforts.

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with employees at all organizational levels.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate HR policies and strategies.


Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • At least 3 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with exposure to a broad range of HR responsibilities.
