Position Overview

ARI is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and hands-on HR support to a diverse client base. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong business acumen and expertise across multiple HR functions. The successful candidate will deliver senior-level guidance on matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy development. This position also plays a key role in fostering strong, positive relationships with both clients and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor HR team members; actively participate in hiring and performance development

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR-related competencies across the department

  • Address complex client issues, offering clear guidance and customized policy and procedural solutions

  • Ensure successful delivery of strategic and project-based HR services, adhering to timelines and budgets

  • Drive internal ARI initiatives and HR programs, contributing to continuous improvement

  • Provide strategic insight to senior leadership on HR planning and contribute to execution of key initiatives

  • Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable recommendations based on findings

  • Review and update systems, processes, and team knowledge to ensure compliance with evolving employment laws and industry best practices

  • Develop and facilitate HR training sessions for internal teams and client organizations

  • Support business development by expanding existing engagements and identifying new client opportunities; represent ARI at networking events

  • Step in and fulfill duties of direct reports when necessary

  • Travel to client sites as needed to support service delivery


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 7–9 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a consulting environment

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements

  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms

  • Deep knowledge of HR operations, strategies, and best practices

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within set timelines and budgets

  • Experience in business development or an eagerness to participate in client growth initiatives
