Position Overview
ARI is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and hands-on HR support to a diverse client base. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong business acumen and expertise across multiple HR functions. The successful candidate will deliver senior-level guidance on matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy development. This position also plays a key role in fostering strong, positive relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor HR team members; actively participate in hiring and performance development

Serve as a subject matter expert for HR-related competencies across the department

Address complex client issues, offering clear guidance and customized policy and procedural solutions

Ensure successful delivery of strategic and project-based HR services, adhering to timelines and budgets

Drive internal ARI initiatives and HR programs, contributing to continuous improvement

Provide strategic insight to senior leadership on HR planning and contribute to execution of key initiatives

Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable recommendations based on findings

Review and update systems, processes, and team knowledge to ensure compliance with evolving employment laws and industry best practices

Develop and facilitate HR training sessions for internal teams and client organizations

Support business development by expanding existing engagements and identifying new client opportunities; represent ARI at networking events

Step in and fulfill duties of direct reports when necessary

Travel to client sites as needed to support service delivery
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

7–9 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a consulting environment

Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements

Proficiency with HRIS platforms

Deep knowledge of HR operations, strategies, and best practices

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within set timelines and budgets

Experience in business development or an eagerness to participate in client growth initiatives
