Primary Role
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our transition from a traditional fabrication company to a scalable provider of engineered solutions. You’ll be responsible for building and refining the HR infrastructure needed to support our growth and cultural evolution. This includes implementing compliant, people-centered HR practices that enable operational excellence and help position us as an employer of choice in our industry. Your work will be foundational in aligning our day-to-day HR operations with long-term strategic goals, empowering our employees to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
Compensation

Salary Range: $110,000 – $115,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

As we evolve into a more mature, enterprise-ready organization, we’re seeking a hands-on HR leader who can maintain our strong work ethic while introducing the structure and scalability we need to grow.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to build systems and practices that reflect our roots—while preparing us for what’s next.
Key Responsibilities

Redesign and implement HR processes to support both current operations and future scalability

Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs with accuracy, empathy, and consistency

Develop and roll out standardized HR policies and documentation aligned with company culture

Streamline employee lifecycle processes—onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, and offboarding

Ensure compliance with federal, state (PA, MD, OK), and local employment regulations

Define and track strategic HR KPIs, providing data-driven insights to support leadership decisions

Partner with company leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategies and expansion goals

Support recruitment and employer branding efforts as the company enters new markets

Create and deliver training programs that strengthen skills and reinforce core values

Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HRIS platforms, particularly UKG

Contribute to the development of competitive compensation strategies

Travel approximately 25% of the time to build strong HR relationships across all production sites in Pennsylvania
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or managerial role

Demonstrated ability to support organizational change and drive cultural transformation

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Strong experience using HRIS platforms—UKG experience highly preferred

Solid understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and policy development

Thorough knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in sensitive matter
