Position Overview
The Human Resources Manager oversees all site HR activities, including onboarding, payroll, personnel management, benefits administration, employee relations, and OSHA compliance. This role supports associates at all levels, collaborates with corporate leadership, and ensures HR programs drive engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Assist managers with staffing non-high-volume roles, including completion of administrative items (I-9 forms, onboarding).

Train management on policies and procedures; assess company-wide training needs and coordinate delivery.

Serve as an associate advocate, representing employee concerns and helping management resolve issues.

Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring effective communication to all associates.

Administer and explain company benefits, manage enrollments, and support associate leaves.

Oversee OSHA compliance and collaborate with Safety and Leadership teams.

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

4–6 years of HR experience, including leadership roles, preferably in distribution, manufacturing, or similar industries.

Experience supporting hourly front-line workers across multiple shifts.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks).

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000

Annual Incentive: Up to 20%
