Position Overview

As the HR Manager, you will serve as the primary HR partner for multiple game studios. You will lead talent strategy, organizational development, leadership growth, and team sustainability. This role requires a data-driven, collaborative, and influential HR professional who can help studios build strong, productive, and engaged teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope HR support to studio leaders, including executive coaching, employee relations, compensation, culture development, organizational design, and talent development.

  • Partner with studio leadership to design and implement talent strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Drive accountability for HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including goal setting, performance management, talent planning, and compensation cycles.

  • Offer timely mentorship and guidance to managers on employee concerns and performance issues.

  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Travel as needed (approx. 25%).


Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in Human Resources, including 3+ years as an HR Manager or HRBP.

  • At least 2 years working in a game studio environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Demonstrated success in partnering and influencing leaders to drive positive organizational outcomes.

  • Proficiency in HR processes: performance management, talent calibration, compensation planning, and employee development.

  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills across HR functions.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $86,500 – $129,800, depending on experience, skills, and location.
