Position Overview

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee general HR functions at the site level. The HR Manager II ensures compliance with employment laws, drives positive employee relations, manages recruitment, turnover, payroll, and benefits, and champions a culture of safety and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.

  • Promote and maintain positive employee relations, addressing concerns proactively.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations: FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, and more.

  • Lead and implement safety programs, ensuring employees are trained on company safety policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR policies, practices, and compliance.

  • Monitor turnover and develop strategies to retain top talent.


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

  • Experience in HR functions including safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience.

Compensation

Estimated base salary: $74,800 – $95,700 per year, depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Additional incentive programs may apply.
